Hire opportunities are limited by our other events and volunteer availability, and responding to requests for hires also depends on volunteer availability.

We try to meet every two or three weeks to discuss hires, so it may take us a while to respond.

If we think your hire is suitable and feasible, we will pencil in one available date for you, taking them in order of your preference.
