In this exuberant night of ritual and story and under the watchful eye of a bunch of gambling skeletons - dead ancestors are honoured; the souls of the dead are tempted back into the world of the living for a bit of a party, and Death is mocked, cheated and saluted by turn.
Like some irrepressible autumn ritual, the Crick Crack Club’s annual celebration inspired by the Mexican festival of the Dias de Los Muertos, has become part of the fabric of our company's cultural craziness!

CLARE MUIREANN MURPHY can’t help but make friends with her audiences…it’s just the way she is. Born in Dublin, Clare has lived in Spain, America and Galway, and currently resides in Bristol. A physical and witty performer, she has performed in festivals and theatres across the world.
TIM RALPHS. Teller in residence of the Word Smack Cabaret and host of Sheffield’s The Story Forge, Tim's performances merge the contemporary with the ancient with enviable integrity. His work draws on our international narrative inheritance, the ever-changing cityscape of his home, fairytale, myth, legend and downright surrealism.
TUUP: Born in Guyana and raised in Acton, Godfrey Duncan - TUUP is The Unorthodox, Unprecedented Preacher. His style of total improvisation, fabulous capacity for mimicry and ear for a wild story is outstanding. He is also creative lyricist, poet, percussionist and vocalist with the highly influential dance music collective, Transglobal Underground.
