Alison O’Donnell (former singer with Mellow Candle and Flibbertigibbet) and guitar player Graeme Lockett (aka Head South by Weaving) met in 2008 via the then hotbed of musical matchmaking that was Myspace. They set to work on their collaborations recording songs for Alison’s solo album “Hey Hey Hippy Witch” and the second 7” release on the fledgling Fruits de Mer label. A full album of collaborations, “The Execution of Frederick Baker” was released on the Ritual Echo label in 2012. Now the dust is to be blown off these songs for a foray into a live setting…

Trappist Afterland was formed in Australia in 2010, and is the Psychedelic folk project fuelled by the religious ruminations of songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Adam Cole (oud, guitar, lute, tanpura, bodhran, vocals), plus an ever evolving line up of old friends and musical sympathisers.

Trappist Afterland has released six albums, one of which ("Like a Beehive, the Hill was Alive") was digitally released through New Zealand based label The Active Listener...Trappist Afterland's latest albums "God's Good Earth" and "Afterlander"
were released through UK label Sunstone records in 2015/2016 and both sold out in a matter of days to rave reviews. Trappist toured the UK and Europe with Sharron Kraus, Lords of Thyme, Juniphers, Hanging Stars, Circulus and Kitchen Cynics in support of the Afterlander release. Adam Cole also played on Belgium Producer and multi instrumentalist Will Z's latest album alongside Daevid Allen of Gong and Folk Cult legends Book of Am.

Trappist has also played in New York and a myriad of venues around Australia. There are also plans to release a split with US Acid folk pioneers Stone Breath in 2017, as well as as a vinyl reissue of Trappist's 2013 album "Like a Beehive" through US label Pointy little Heads.

Constantine’s LP Day Of Light will lead you on a lysergic odyssey filled with Mellotron, harpsichord, sitar, studio effects and more. The LP includes help from members of legendary cult folk-‐psychedelic band O.W.L. (Of Wondrous Legends). Since its release, the album has received praise from Shindig! Magazine, It’s Psychedelic Baby, Terrascope, Chicago Reader and more. Although hailing from Chicago USA, Constantine & band create an atmosphere as if you’re dreaming somewhere in a hazy meadow, gently sipping a cup of mushroom tea. A strong emphasis is placed on song writing and arrangement, while the songs themselves have a baroque, nuanced and hopeful atmosphere. Fans of the 1969/70 dense, delicate and psychedelic/acid folk sound will enjoy.
