Bristopia's review of the year

-
Fri 11 December 2015 // 20:00

Tickets: £5 advance

A live show based on a podcast based on Bristol. This Christmas, the Bristopia podcast – a monthly local radio parody show – presents a celebration of Bristol and a comedic look back at 2015. Featuring Bristol’s greatest standup performers, alongside some of its most fascinating characters talking about all the key topics, from residential parking zones, to Bristol crocodiles, to Aardman Animation slash fiction.

Think Screenwipe, but weirder.

This is a standalone show, so don't worry if you're not familiar with the podcast, as this will be something of a review of the past year in the city. It'll have a bit of a chat show vibe, and there'll be videos, presentations, and performances as we invite some of Bristol's most colourful characters onto the stage at the Cube to chat with host Andy Price.

AND YOU CAN BET THERE'LL BE SOME SUPER EXTRA SPECIAL GUESTS TOO.

The evening will kick off with a showcase of some of Bristol's best standup talent.

The Bristopia podcast can be found online at http://www.acast.com/bristopia or on iTunes/whatever podcatcher you use.
