We're delighted to be welcoming Planet Mu artist and occasional Trembling Bells member John Charles Wilson [aka Frog Pocket] to the Microplex tonight.The multi talented musician/producer uses acoustic instrumentation, a battered old sampler and various effects pedals to create sandblasted yet beautiful folk - tinged ravetronica. With support from the twin synth/laptop madness of Harpoon and the prickly, fidgety yet melodic nature inspired electronica of Haploid this should be a right good un. As a special bonus Parish Sound and Cube DJs will be spinning eclectic electronics in the bar till late and there'll be some vintage rave footage/docs on the big screen too.
