Woe is us. Line your eyes, backcomb your hair, and join us this Halloween in paying tribute to the pioneering forebears of goth. We salute those enterprising misfits who, on emerging from punk's wreckage, concocted a sound and a look darker and spookier than anything that had come before.

Featuring live music performances from Burl and Wenonoah and a screening of The Hunger (1983), a vapidly stylish vampire flick starring David Bowie. After that, dance your sorrows away as DJ George All's-Well reanimates the ghosts of dancefloors past, dusting the cobwebs off of long-forgotten gems of goth, postpunk, and early industrial, carrying right on through into the moonlit early hours: our very own long dark party night of the soul. Dress code: Robert and Siouxsie.
