Peter Gibbons (Ron Livingston), Samir Nagheenanajar (Ajay Naidu) and Michael Bolton (not that one) work at California software firm Initech. Frustrated by their lives as office drones, the arrival of downsizing consultants Bob & Bob is the last straw.
