Dutty Girl presents...BLING BLING

This 'freestyle-film' made by three female Berlin-based filmmakers uniquely documents LA's underground hip hop scene. Using small DV cameras and a good portion of charm the women roll around the 'hood' in a hired SUV getting into block parties and bearing witness to the spectacles of BLING.
Their approach is wreckless and bold, interviewing gangs on the street, extreme characters and experiencing dangerous realities....like having to jump out of Snoop Dogg's window...

Dutty Girl will host the party with Riddim Rola and Discreet laying down their fine Mcing skills for all to see and hear. DJ QT, 2Katz and DissMiss will be mixing up a fine blend of Hiphop, Ragga and breakbeat to keep us whinin’ our booties.
