North Norfolk Digital (now re-branded as "Shape") is under siege and Alan Partridge is thrust back into the limelight when he is called in as negotiator. Who could be more qualified? Alan has been putting the “chat” among the pigeons for over 20 years.

Alan first made his name as a radio sports presenter on Chris Morris's "On the Hour". The pinnacle of his career was hosting his own TV chat show "Knowing Me Knowing You" which was cancelled after he accidentally shot dead one of his guests. Having been rejected by the BBC he found himself living in Linton Travel Tavern and suffering a mental breakdown before returning to his first home, local radio.

In this hilarious transition to the big screen Alan is reunited with his faithful PA Lynn and friend Michael. Will he finally manage to have the last laugh? Jurassic Park!
