We are excited to present a double-bill of cerebral weirdness. Our lead film is Ken Russell's peerless "ALTERED STATES" (1980). William Hurt plays a scientist using sensory deprivation and powerful hallucinogenics to explore other states of consciousness, with mind-bendingly visceral results - the insane visuals give "Boxer's Omen" a run for it's money.
Our second feature continues the precarious mind expansion theme, spewing out a drench of gooey/rubbery mid-80s FX in the process. Hang on to your pineal gland!
As always, Hellfire DJs will be in the bar cramming suitably weird music up your cram-hole.
