The evening will showcase a selection of personal video works made by women in recovery from drugs and alcohol. The women are part of a regular filmmaking group based in Eden House, Bristol, which is a day service providing support to women involved with the Criminal Justice System. The evening will also include revelatory feature film 'Rachel Getting Married', about a young woman temporarily returning to her family from rehab.

Audience members are invited to contribute to informal discussion after the films have been shown.

The filmmaking group at Eden House focuses on task-based performance exercises with video, building confidence and addressing the stigma surrounding addiction. The project is delivered by You & Your Work, supported by Eden House and People Can and funded by Safer Bristol.
