Betamaxx returns with a double hit from the bargain bin. Two cult classics about teen angst.. River's Edge (1986) and Over The Edge (1979).
River's Edge (7pm) - A high school slacker kills his girlfriend and shows off her dead body to their friends. However, the friends' reaction is almost as ambiguous and perplexing as the crime itself.
Over The Edge (9pm) - New Grenada is a planned community set in the desert where there is nothing for the kids to do. The parents soon find out that their kids have had all they can take.
"It's like you gotta make the best of it while we're still alive because any day now, boom and we're dead."
Complete with 80s soundtracks in the bar.
