Documentary which takes the cut footage from 'When We Were Kings' to showcase the mammoth music festival that took place in the shadow of 'the rumble in the jungle', the legendary title fight between Mohammed Ali and George Foreman in Zaire in 1974. In the sweltering heat building before a storm, American soul legends including James Brown, B.B. King and Bill Withers shared the stage with African artists such as Miriam Makeba and Hugh Masekela. Promoter Don King saw the concert and fight as a celebration of black pride and nothing short of a spiritual homecoming. A stunningly photographed, soul-stirring celebration.
