A fantastical semi biographical account of the larger than life character Jesco White from the imagination of the director, Dominic Murphy in this his high profile début. Jesco (Edward Hogg) is a wild wilful tearaway who seems unable to stay out of trouble. Set in the Appalachian mountains of West Virginia, Jesco lives out the self fulfilling prophesy as white trash bad 'un huffing gasoline and causing grief to his family. In effort to keep him on the straight and narrow his father, a famous mountain tap-dancer teaches his son dancing. When Jesco's father is murdered the dark demons take over and even with the good influence of bar dancing and his girlfriend (Carrie Fisher) the dancing outlaw sets out to seek revenge. A violent grind-house style movie with a twist of hillbilly and mountain myth.
