It's tradition in Mexico, that on the 1st and 2nd of November, the souls of dead friends and relatives can be welcomed back to Earth, enticed by good food, fine mescal, a great party, and most importantly, the thoughts and wishes of those who loved them. On this special night the Cube embraces the Mexican Day of the Dead, with a good spirited knees up in honour of those that have passed. Bring a photo of a loved one to add to our shrine of flowers, with maybe their favourite brand of cigar or chocolate bar, or an important object. Listen to our own funeral jazz musicians serenading the dear departed. Watch a classic Mexican film in the theatre. Raise a glass of fine mescal to the souls who have touched your life and dance. Fancy dress encouraged.
