The Final multi-screen Star Wars Showdown!
Being staged to celebrate 10 years of The Cube Cinema.
Back in 1999 we showed the 3 Star Wars to a mostly bemused audience at out FIRST birthday party.
A few years later, the '5 5tar War5' event was better received and looked and sounded great.
This time we plan to again offer a public mixing desk but limit people's time to six minutes each! This means everyone will get a go mixing up live the 6 separate sound tracks.
In a Galactic epic unheard or unseen this side of Dagobah watch with
bewilderment as the story unfolds across 6 large video monitors. If you missed the previous multi-episodes and even if you are not a fan of the Star Wars films this way of viewing is a true revelation as weird co-incidences, parallel stories, battle montages are constantly occurring and reappearing. The whole thing moves along in a most surreal Lucasfilm fashion. Amazing CULT event, not be missed. Droids Welcome.
The Cube Microplex is 10 Years in the making this month. 'Cube X'

NOTE: For CUBE X events Cube Volunteers are requested to bring a gift (probably food for artists and us ) to The Cube in lieu of a ticket: a wedding style gift list is in the office to choose from.)
