Highpoint Lowlife and Cube present...

Funckarma is two brothers, Don and Roel Funcken, hailing from the Dutch capital of The Hague. Though they can sound similar to the likes of Autechre and Funkstörung, with a former DMC mixing champ and a student of "sonology" between them, Funckarma is anything but.
Their signature bass-driven precision sound compositions, which encompass influences from hip hop, jazz, reggae, dub, soul and all forms of electronic music, are carefully crafted and constructed into tight rhythmic forces with a keen ear for texture and structure.
With the dubstep virus infecting all forms of electronic music, it was a natural evolution for the Funcken brothers to take strands of the meme and splice it to the dna of their own productions, creating a mutant hybrid of lurching instrumental hip hop with floor shaking bass and super punchy intricate razor sharp rhythms.

Fisk Industries is Londoner Mat Ranson. He concocts a heady blend of warp- driven basslines, chunky breaks and contrasts it all with field recordings and analogue synths.

Ikonika will sadly not be performing anymore.

Plus DJ's in the bar til late(r)
