Working at a grassroots level, African Initiatives is a social justice organisation co-operating with local organisations in Ghana and Tanzania.
Tonight for all you Cubists, African Initiatives presents a selection of short docs - one on tomato farming in Ghana, another on the full effects of debt relief programmes on everyday people, once again in Ghana, before we move across to Tanzania for two films on pastoralists. All films will be introduced by speakers in order to provide some context.
