B-Music is an independent collective of DJs, musicians and music lovers dedicated to the obsessive and painstaking pursual of obscure, obsolete, exquisitely obnoxious, unbelievable, underexposed and undeniably delectable discs of experimental pop music from the psyched out sixties and seventies.
Centred around the Mancunian eponymous travelling club and bar night - and along with twin record labels Finders Keepers and Delay 68, B-Music represents a passionate, un-blinkered approach to the culmination of way-out sounds encompassing all elements of of-kilter counter-culture: as well as cherry pickings of bugged-out cinema, design and literature in token doses.
DJs Andy Votel, Dom Thomas, John Stapleton, and more spinning Psych Prog Space rock Ye-Ye Euro Beat Folk Funk Jazz and whacked out Movie muzak in the bar, plus, live:
Cosmic Noise merchants Twinkranes are from Dublin, where they spend their time making zone out, hook chewing, trance-like motor driven repetitive progressive pop music which can only be described as the new kraut-poppers guide to the galaxy.
IT'S THE WORLD OF THREE PRONG HAMMER AKTION PSYCHEDELIA.
With support from Jukes - Bristol's soulful psychedelic folk masterclass, as well as Samandtheplants.
Arrive early for a special screening of a secret psych cinema feature film!
