THE LIGHT FANTASTIC presents MOVEMENT (R)EVOLUTION AFRICA

As part of the Afrika Eye festival taking place across Bristol this
week, The Light Fantastic presents a unique programme of dance on
screen. In the main feature, Movement (R)evolution Africa, nine African choreographers from Senegal to South Africa tell the stories of an
emergent art form - sharing their diverse experiences, communicating
their passions, and revealing contemporary expressions of self. This
film has been astonishing audiences at festivals around the world since its release earlier this year - not to be missed. Also screening:
specially selected shorts from artists working locally and
internationally to explore how movement can communicate alternative
narratives of migration and what it means to belong.
