Brace yourself for a good ol' redneck hoe-down at the Cube with Piney
Gir and her Country Roadshow band. Piney is a rollicking, good-time
songstress who's left her pentecostal Christian upbringing in Kansas
behind her and found herself living in London, playing in cult bands Vic 20, The Zoltan Kodaly School For Girls as well as the superb Scha La
La's. This is country music her way, drawing on a near-impossible
montage of styles, all sewn together like they're all going out of
fashion at the same time. With full band in tow this is going to be
