LITTLE SONG LIVE is a live performance from www.littlesongfilms.com, a web gallery that exhibits short art films that are poetic in image, word and music.

Expect a collection of films from international artists, songs from A
Hidden Land, the Little Song band and an improvised musical and visual performance on three themes to close the evening.

Little Song Films currently exhibits the work of artists from Brazil,
Chile, Norway, Spain, Malaysia, Poland, Canada, USA, France, Sweden,
Germany, Denmark and the UK. To date LSF have exhibited at L’Alternativa Film Festival in Barcelona, the Ship of Dreams Festival on the Isola del Tiburina in Rome and the Port Eliot Literary Festival in Cornwall.

A Hidden Land is a three piece band that perform before moving image
backdrops, some hypnotic single takes and other images that are VJ’d. An example of their music can be found at www.myspace.com/ahiddenland

For the improvised set, A Hidden Land are joined by virtuoso pianist Will Goodchild and VJ Tom Harding to perform three pieces: PEGASUS AFLAME - images are vivid scenes of Las Fallas in Valencia – the night of fire when the demons of the past year are banished into outer darkness: LE PANORAMIC – black and white images taken on a European road trip that have been
likened to Chris Marker’s La Jette: TRANSIT – hypnotically moving images from airports.
