da Googie

da Googie is the solo project of Deb Googe, bass player with My Bloody Valentine, Thurston Moore Group and Brix Smith. da Googie blends traditional bass lines with more abstract noises and field recordings to make intricate, layered soundscapes. In November 2023, she released a split 12” record with Too Many Things and toured Europe in support of the record.

Ex Agent

Sitting restlessly between post-rock and free-jazz, Ex Agent throw together dissonant symphonies of sax and piano alongside frantic guitars, drums, and haunting vocals. Combining elements of performance art, post punk, and beat jazz, the five piece sprinkle a taste of noir into a salty No-Wave cacophony.
