It's time to dust of your big suit, strap on your dancing shoes and get yourself down to the Cube for an evening of New Wave fun with the greatest concert film ever made!

Filmed in LA over four nights in December 1983, Stop Making Sense captures the band Talking Heads at the peak of their powers. Featuring a slew of their greatest hits delivered with trademark jittery idiosyncracy, Demme's landmark film is packed to the gills with memorable moments and iconic performances.

After the film, the Cube bar will be serving up drinks and new wave classics until midnight, so stick around for a bit of a pogo.  Cube must be the place!

Doors open: 19:30

Film start time: 20:00

We may show a trailer or two but we never screen a programme of adverts so the film will start a few minutes after the advertised time.

Stop Making Sense also is screening:

3pm on Saturday 21st (doors at 2pm for workshop before)

11am on Monday 23rd (Baby cinema but all welcome)

And we screen David Byrne's TRUE STORIES on November 19th
