The Crick Crack Club presents

Fri 3 November 2023 // 20:00
(cancelled)
Tickets: £12
A seeker sacrifices his life for knowledge.
A giant guards lost words in his sleep.
And the Fisher King waits patiently for the one who’ll ask the question that will heal him.
Each and every one of our ancestors has left their trace in us. To understand who we are and where we are going, we need to understand where we’ve come from: to dive into the lake, to climb the tree, to enter the cave, to look for the roots of everything.
3 Troubadours - Markus Luukkonen, Tom van Outryve and Torgrim Mellum Stene - dig into Nordic myth, lives lived, and their DNA to find memories of who we are, what we carry with us, and our tangle of microscopic connections.
Our bodies are the songs of our ancestors… but what are they singing about? Energetic, comedic and with a deep sense of wonder - be ready to enter a place where you came from, but have never been to before.
