Minor Conflict: Bright Lights Dead City EP Launch

A night of musical delights and oddities as Minor Conflict launch their debut EP

-
Sat 10 June 2023 // 20:00

Tickets: £10

Bristol based musical troupe Minor Conflict curate an evening of music to mark the release of their debut EP on PRAH Recordings. Minor Conflict, which comprises Natalie Whiteland (Harp), Josh Smyth (Bass), Robbie Warin (Trumpet) and Marcus Jeffery (Drums), blend influences of Jazz, Punk, Folk and Experimental Electronic music. Their live show has recently been described by ChatGPT as "intense and dynamic, with the band members throwing themselves into their music and engaging with the audience."

They return to their spiritual home - The Cube - where the EP itself was written for an evening of musical delights as they are joined by a multitude of friends to create a never before seen set of music. With the likes of saxophone, violin and double bass, they'll recreate the EP in full, as never before.

Off the back of their debut UK tour, blending a palette of piano, synths and affected violin with their ethereal vocal signature, t l k shares an intricately crafted set for the Cube. The set envelopes fresh arrangements of well loved tracks from their debut EP 'Strength In Tenderness', a full rendition of latest release 'Primed For Loss', and some entirely unrecorded material.
