A two-day taster workshop and Q&A exploring the power of light, breath and dreams to alter consciousness, perception and to boost health, clarity and wellbeing. 

On Saturday experience the Lucid Light LLC & Lucia No.3 hypnagogic light machine with the guidance of its fascinating inventors Dr Dirk Proeckl and Dr Engelbert Winkler. Working with their complementary exercise technique Heliotropic Breathworth. The Lucia lamp can be used for safe and stimulating sessions of psychedelic visual experience and as an entrainment device for entering a lucid state whilst fully awake. This is a unique opportunity to experience the lamp and its potential consciousness altering properties. 

On Sunday continue the practice with Sarah Janes and Daniel Lee of Awake + Away Dream Retreats who will lead an intensive dream incubation workshop expanding upon Saturday's techniques and exploring the personal mythology and intentions of the individual dreamers.
