Italian low-budget filmmakers of the 1980's got really excited about "Escape From New York" and "Mad Max II” (aka The Road Warrior), and responded in kind with a slew of demented mutant rip-offs – full of relentless laser battles, lots of driving around buggies in quarries, and acres and acres of mad leather clothing. So, now we are IN THE FUTURE, here's one of our faves... Following a mercenary as he traverses the post-nuke wasteland New York to find the last fertile woman on the planet. Packed with highly stupid mental activities, here is a excellently daft gem from the golden years of Italian trash/genre filmmaking - an era very close to our hearts.
