Improv’s Greatest Hits is a new label and fluid collective of musicians aiming to use improvised music as a vehicle to mix musical and social scenes. We’re excited to transfer the ethos of eclectic lineups and introducing new acts to an all dayer !⃠

Whether it’s freedom, confusion, joy or meh that comes to mind when thinking of musical improv, the following projects will give a taster of how flexible the medium can be .. from diy basement to concert hall, structured to complete freeform, self taught musician to trained ... punk to jazz to noise to classical to pop and all in between.

The day starts at 11am with an improv workshop exploring different ways to interact and connect   musically. Open to absolutely anyone & included free in the event ticket. Run by drummer Jon Clark
